Professional Extension Installation Services

All Activo Extensions for Magento come with automated installation package utilizing Magento Connect Manager 2.0. We created a simple document and a sreencast outlining the Magento extension installation process with Connect Manager for your convenience. Activo does not guarantee the installation process via Connect Manager to operate properly on your particular Magento installation.

If you are unable to install the extension on your own, Activo offers the paid Extension Installation Services performed by our staff. This service is available for all Magento extensions offered by Activo (including both our Free extensions and our Professional extensions).

Important! In order to use this paid installation service, you are required to provide our personnel with the correct and sufficient access information to your web server(s). This will include access to your store's Admin Panel and FTP access to you web server root folder. Some additional access may be necessary in certain circumstances.

Please note that resolving compatibility issues arising from modified core Magento code and/or other 3rd party components in your store is outside the scope of this Installation Services.

Installation services are performed Monday through Friday, 9am till 5pm Pacific Time. We have limited availability, so please give us at least 3 business days advance notice to schedule your appointment.

All installation service purchases are not refundable.

Professional Extensions License Agreement

All Professional Magento Extensions (i.e. paid) from Activo Extensions are subject to the terms and conditions of our License Agreement. You can find the latest copy of our license agreement here: https://extensions.activo.com/license_professional

In short, you are required to purchase a separate license for each of the domains (stores) you are running this software on (excluding common variations, like adding 'www.' to the domain name). However you can run this software on multiple servers, provided that you have a separate license for each of the domains (for instance in configurations with load balancers).

You can also use a copy of this software for free on one development or one staging server per license purchased in addition to your production servers, provided that this development or staging server is not used for any live sales transactions.
